Gavel and Stand for my Lord and Master

I bought this for the owner of Ace Hardware in Livingston, MT. He is someone who likes to talk a lot and bring attention during meetings... :D I presented this at our Christmas Party with the engraved "Lord and Master" his name and the year he bought the company. Both him and his wife thought it was hysterical and promised to be conducting all meetings with his new gavel. It was excellent quality, beautiful finish, and very worth the cost it took to purchase and deliver.

This item's quality is excellent.

The employee who entered the text made a small error, substituting a "!" for a "1". The company did immediately offer to send a corrected item, but it did not arrive on time for the presentation. So, this is a company which tries to get it right and stands behind its products. It's a problem with the weak link in the chain, an employee which lacks the concern or ability to maintain the company's high standards.
