We use these framed awards to celebrate 5 year anniversaries at our company. They always arrive on time and intact. I suggest upgrading to the mahogany frame as it is very good quality and really adds to the vibrance in the photos.

When I called and sent a picture, your representatives, Fatima Correa and Ardiz Solares, immediately responded to state that you would replace the flawed unit with a replacement. The replacement just arrived and it is perfect. I am very pleased overall with your products and your high commitment to customer satisfaction.
