Great gift that promotes ideas and deeds

I loved the idea of putting something on the desk that provoked ideas and reminded my employee they are Awesome! I am always looking for ways to create inspiration and generate creative ideas and the light bulb with candy in it was a really cute way to promote that.

Peer to peer recogntion

Used these and other bulbs with different sayings as "awards" to give out for peer to peer recognition. Wanted to have something that was fun but tangible reminder that others recognize and appreciate their actions. My only suggestion is that if they were made a bit larger, they would be even better - hard to read the writing on such a small object.
